Queen of Spades
As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, we're helping develop an area of the Skelton Grange site—currently known as the "Lost World"—to enable its use for education.
Seventy days of community activities are running between June 2022 and December 2023, kindly supported by The Conservation Volunteers at Skelton Grange. These include volunteering days, hands-on learning & play, and celebration events.

Join in volunteering
We have a series of volunteer conservation days between June 2022 and December 2023, and we'd love for you to join in! These will be held at Skelton Grange Environment Centre (directions).
Some of the possible activities we're looking at:
Wildlife surveys
Clearing scrubland
Creating paths
Planting trees, shrubs and meadows
Installing beehives 🐝
